This is a one-person project, so replies are not instant. Specification corrections and bug reports get looked at first.
Especially useful to report
- A wrong specification. If a size, head height, background colour or glasses rule here disagrees with the authority, please include a link to the official page. That is the fastest possible fix and it helps everyone who uses that page afterwards.
- A rejected photo. If a photo made here was rejected and you are willing to say which document and what reason you were given, that feedback is valuable — it is the only way to find out that a rule has quietly changed. Please do not attach the photo; the reason and the document are enough.
- A bug. Which browser, which device, which document preset, and what happened.
- An accessibility problem. Anything that makes the tool unusable with a keyboard, a screen reader, or at high zoom.
- A translation error. Several languages on this site were translated without a native reviewer. If something reads wrong in yours, say so.
What this site cannot help with
To save you the wait for a reply that cannot help:
- The status of your application. This site has no connection to any passport office, visa centre or embassy and no ability to look anything up.
- Whether your specific photo will be accepted. Nobody here reviews photos, and no photo ever reaches this site to review. Only the issuing authority can tell you.
- Immigration or legal advice. Please ask the authority or a qualified adviser.
- Recovering a photo. Nothing is stored anywhere, so there is nothing to recover. If you closed the tab, the photo is gone from the tool.
