Good to know
IRCC asks that the photo be taken within the last six months and that both prints be identical. Print the 4 x 6 inch sheet and cut two adjacent photos so they match exactly.
The requirement to write the studio name, address and date on the back of one print exists so IRCC can verify the photo is recent. If you took the photo yourself, write the date and that it was self-taken rather than leaving it blank.
